It is on Sun's web page at http://java.sun.com/products/jfc/index.html. Swing is a part of JFC (Java Foundation Classes) so I had to search for JFC in addition to Swing. Sun groups its Swing information under the "Swing Connection" title so that is another thing to look for on Sun's pages. FYI, you don't need to download anything if you are running Java 2. Swing is packaged as a part of Java 2.
