Help Setting up AS400 as Web server -- JAVA400-L

Hi,

I am facing lots of problem in setting up the AS400 at my office as a web
server.  Right now the HTTP server is working fine but I am not able to
setup the WebSphere Application Server.  We are using V4R3 of the OS/400.
Due to not setting up of the WebSphere, my servlets are not running.  Also
when i try to connect to the following URL http://myserver:9090 I am not
able to connect to the 9090 port.  On checking my TCP settings, no 9090 port
is available.

Please help me in resolving the problem as it is very critical for a project
in very near future.
