Spool to pdf utility

Hey all,

once again joe pluta provided us with some powerfull stuff. Now java
utility to convert spool files to pdf.

the utility can be downloaded from the MC web site, and you can see the
power of java utility written on the unix run unchanged on the as400.
BTW i did the same thing with zip creation utility and was able to zip
files with "winzip" on the as400.

Just few minor things a bout the spool to pdf utility:

1. The CL shell published by MC is buggy. I had to correct few mistakes
and add error handling.
2. DO NOT forget to compile the utility and the toolbox jar files using
CRTJVAPGM or you will end with few minutes jobs for each spool.
