I am trying to compile "VUserListExample.java" from the AS/400 Toolbox for
Java. And in the program it imports
com.ibm.as400.vaccess.*;

It then uses list AS400ListPane which somehow uses the JComponent class.
When I try to compile this sample program, I get the following error:

VUserListExample.java:0: Class com.sun.java.swing.JComponent not found in
class
com.ibm.as400.vaccess.AS400ListPane.

When I look on the Sun Site, is says that JComponent is in javax.swing.*? I
am not sure what the problem is.

Also does anyone know the difference between javax.swing.* and
com.sun.java.swing.*?

Anyway I got the "AS/400 Toolbox for Java" off of the IBM web site a couple
of months ago. And I got the Java 1.2 version from Sun, a few months before
that, so maybe my stuff is out of date?

Any help would be appreciated?
Thanks
