Hi!

When performing a 'connect Service' to the AS400 I have 'caught' the Security 
and Startup exceptions. However, no matter what I do, there is another AS400 
supplied prompt which turns up to re-prompt the user for incorrect user id & 
password. Anyone know of a way to prevent the prompting by the 'AS400 
connection'?

This is a connection to initiate control of an application. I am using 
AS400obj.connectService(AS400.COMMAND) with password cache = false.
