I am not familiar with Cafe lite, however...

Why are you setting your classpath to c:\irajava\hello3?  Unless you 
need to override the classpath environment variable, you should leave 
the -classpath parameter out of your compile statement.  The error 
message is telling you that the compiler can't find object.class which 
is normally contained in classes.zip, which should be in your default 
classpath.
