Got a question.  Does anyone have experience with code pages & stream files?

I'm working some on generating HTML files & XML generated by the parser but 
having some difficulty.  Everything looks fine on the 400:


The stream file is CCSID 65535 (I've tried many different code pages…)

So I'm at a loss here.  Maybe one of you can tell me what I'm doing wrong here. 
 I'd like to use UTF-8 for the output (not even sure what the code page would 
be).  I've been digging around & haven't come across the magic bullet yet.  
Heck I can't even find a good reference to what code page numbers are what 
encoding...
