Not doing any EGL apps, but in general Tomcat 6.0 is awesome :-)

I have been using tomcat apache 6.0 for my rui applications. I installed tomcat on a stand alone pc.
More and more of our users are using the rui applications over the green screens.
I was wondering which server would be better as the work-load increases.
Maybe some pros and cons of each.
