Are any of these in different domains? Is the admin server set correctly in
the nab(s)?

Have you looked in admin4 for errors on the "Put servers Notes build number
into server record"?

I have upgraded all my Domino servers running on IBM i to 10.0.1. However
many of them still retain a server build number of Release 9.0.1FP10. Not
all of them however.
I ran the UPDDOMSVR *ALL
I ran TELL ADMINP PROCESS ALL
I ran LOAD DESIGN
I rebooted the servers

Notes.ini has
FaultRecovery_Build=Release 10.0.1

/QIBM/UserData/LOTUS/LOTUS_SERVERS
They all say
CURREL=10.0.1
