I started getting this error: "Unknown error received from ICC"
Searched and found this:
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21649617
I had been running fat, dumb and happy for awhile now so I thought that
was rather weird but what the heck.
So I ran
Shut them all down
backed stuff up with:
- CRTSAVF ROB/O5733LD911
- SAVLICPGM LICPGM(5733LD9) DEV(*SAVF) OPTION(11) SAVF(ROB/O5733LD911)
Then ran DLTLICPGM LICPGM(5733LD9) OPTION(11)
From another lpar without the message I ran
CRTSAVF ROB/Q5733LD911
SAVLICPGM LICPGM(5733LD9) DEV(*SAVF) OPTION(11) SAVF(ROB/Q5733LD911)
FTP'd the savf over to this system
ADDENVVAR ENVVAR(DOMINO_INSTALL_TYPE) VALUE(2)
RSTLICPGM LICPGM(5733LD9) DEV(*SAVF) OPTION(11) SAVF(ROB/Q5733LD911)

But the RSTLICPGM aborts with:
CPF9898 Message . . . . : Failed Restore losgi.file..

I'm not finding any hits on "Failed Restore losgi.file.".
I have a ticket open with IBM on this. Of course the stock answer is try
the install from media. As if SAVLICPGM and RSTLICPGM are totally
unreliable commands.

DSPSFWRSC did show that 5733LD9-11 was back again. So I started up the
servers and they are working now and not getting "Unknown error received
from ICC". I can connect to the server, replicate, etc.
