Re: How long is too long for a compact?

Rob,

I would not expect compact to run that long. What does the call stack of
the compact job look like? Did it abort, but not take down the server?

Personally I would probably try to end the server, remove that database
and then pull a replica from another server (assuming you have a replica
on another server).
