How many Traveler users are you looking at having to rebuild?

My windows guy is fighting upgrading. Something about that version of
Domino and Traveler not being supported on existing Windows OS level and
having to spin up a new vm, yadda, yadda, yadda. I am empathizing with
him and may consider a redo for the migration.
