Ok, picture this. You save a Domino LPAR once a quarter. In the interim
you rely upon saving the Domino data from clustered servers.

Now picture this. You saved on 9/8/2012. Your system dies a gristly
death on 12/1/2012 and needs a full restore. So you restore from the
9/8/2012 tape and let clustering catch up.

Now you get a call from someone who deleted 1,000 emails on 9/13. He
wants to know why they are all back. They're back because replication
history is only kept for x number of days. You try to explain this to him
until you realize it was a rhetorical question and he just wants them
gone.

Do I change the "x number of days"? If so, how?
If I can't is my only option to increase the frequency of saves?
