You really do not think it could get much easier? Really? I could. Why
should it take any customization to store a standard feature? Why should
I have to modify any XML file to display the photo? And why are sametime
upgrades so destructive of it that I keep a copy of the xml file just to
put it all back after each upgrade? How would you feel if last name was
not a standard item in the address book and you had to add that as a
custom field? And you had to modify some xml file to display it in the
business card even if all the marketing information clearly shows last
name displayed?
Not having it "out of the box" is what causes a lot of grief. Just follow
the Sametime forum and all the issues with photo's.
