I am reading:

In step 9: Configure client connectivity I see:
"All users should have their home Sametime server (HSS) field set to
either the appropriate Sametime cluster name (if they belong to a
cluster)."
I'm a little confused. Isn't there normally the word "or" in a sentence
containing the word "either"? For example
...set to either the appropriate Sametime cluster name (if they belong to
a cluster)
or
the name of their IP sprayer.
That's why I am asking. Could also be
or
the name of their home sametime server. But, since this is a document
about clustering I question whether that's what they'd say.
