Chris, Anthony, thanks for the replies.

Chris - there isn't a NAB associated since it's referring to a server that
doesn't exist. My one and only server is named DOMSVR'M'1, but the message
is referring to DOMSVR'R'1 (note the difference between the M & R in the
server name). What I'm trying to determine is who or what is trying to
find DOMSVR'R'1...

Anthony - I do have "debug_threadid=1" in the ini file.

But in the console it shows the yellow question mark then the date and
time stamp and then the 'error opening database' message.

So since there isn't a PID or job number to associate it with the domino
server, perhaps it's coming from outside of the domino server itself. We
recently did inherit an exchange server into our environment and set up
the connections for it. And I asked that server admin if it was possible
the request was coming from that server and he indicated that it wasn't.

Thanks, Jerry
