On a server to server swap IP addresses are not a concern. The only time
it becomes a concern is when:
NOTES01 goes down on Friday night (along with the i running it).
People get failed over to NOTES02 & NOTES03.
i running NOTES01 gets loaded on to a truck and shipped to a different
city. Upon arrival all IP addresses are changed. Server is restarted.
This happened to us in April.

But, when you have multiple servers, each client just knows there are
multiples and switch over to an available replica on a different server.
You do not need to change the IP address of NOTES02 to match NOTES01.
Actually, that's a bad thing.

Out of the hundreds of users I don't think I had any people who were
trying to route to an invalid IP address (the old one for NOTES01).
