Rerouting fax

Is there some sort of change to our Foreign Domain we can make to migrate
from our current Domino Fax for iSeries software to an external solution?
Right now our Foreign Domain looks like this:

Basics
Domain type: Foreign Domain
Foreign domain name: Faxing
Domain description: FxD Foreign Domain

Mail
Gateway server name: DOMFAX01/DEKKO
Gateway mail file name: nfxspool.nsf

and if you send out a fax you send it via
"old" method
Joe Blow@95993215@fax
or New method
"Joe Blow" <5993215@fax.dekko-1>

The old method uses this foreign domain document and Domino Fax for
iSeries.
The new method uses a replacement product.
