I've not run into general 8.5.2 issues.

Thanks,
Chris

I have numerous Domino servers running on i. The only ones still running
8.5.1FP4 are those running Sametime or Quickr. Quickr isn't supported on
8.5.2. I don't remember why I had Sametime servers still running
8.5.1FP4.

Just wrapped up a long standing PMR where a Sametime server running
8.5.1FP4 and Sametime 8.5.1 was going down daily leaving a couple of
Sametime tasks active and not even QNNINSTS or SERVER. I wrapped that up
with 4 new jar files for Sametime. The IBM tech (J. O.) said that the fix
was not specific to a Domino release and he gave his blessing. Funny
thing was I had 3 Sametime 8.5.1 servers on Domino 8.5.1FP4 on three
different lpars all running i 7.1 (on 3 different boxes) and only one had
this issue. This one was in a different Domino domain in the dmz.

Are most of your concerns with 8.5.2 in general and not unique to
Sametime?

Second that vote. HTTP crashes. Router Crashes, Memory Leaks...
I was happier on 8.5.1

Unless you have an urgent need to run Sametime 8.5.1 on Domino 8.5.2 , I
would recommend Domino 8.5.1 (FP3 or later)...

Any reason not to run Domino 8.5.2 on a Sametime 8.5.1 server on i 7.1?
I see it's supported at:
