What does it show in the barracuda message log as the reason for failure?
Is it possible to whitelist it from there?

Thanks Gregg,
From the mail routing log this is what I see: 10/06/2010 11:32:16 Router:
Message 005559BE auto forwarded by GKERN to jp1234@xxxxxxxxx
Note that the GKERN does not contain the @mydomain.com portion. And the
Barracuda says the sender has to have an @mydomain.com in the sender. And
their rules will not allow anything without an @ sign.
Regarding lotus script I've little experience with it so I wouldn't know
how to code the agent.
But thanks for the input. I also posted this on the Domino 8 forum so
maybe someone there will offer some additional input.
Regards, Jerry
