Upgraded one Notes client from 8.5.1 FP2 to 8.5.1 FP3 using Smart Upgrade.
Immediately afterwards, when starting Notes, I am seeing two pop up
windows. The top overlay says "File does not exist". This window
overlays one saying "Failed to login. CLFRJ0010E: Notes initialization
failed".
I clicked Ok on the "File does not exist" window. Then I clicked Ok on
the "Failed to login" window.
After a spell, Notes exited. Attempts to start it back up fail.
Reboot of the Windows Server 2003 SP2 pc the client is running on did not
cease the same errors from appearing when starting Notes.

Opened PMR. It was suggested that I
1. Uninstall FP3 by running the FP3 install package
2. Run the 8.5.1 install package again and choose a repair
3. Reinstall FP3

I did so. I am getting the same messages when I start Notes. notes.ini
still says
FaultRecovery_Build=Release 8.5.1 FP2

I'd love to know what file that is. Console log and smart upgrade log do
not mention it (that I can see).
