Thanks Rob too for the offer, but I found a product called CompanionLink
(free trial, $40 to buy) which runs on a user pc and synchs calendar,
contacts, & to-do with a 'smart' cell phone. This allows my users to send
those notes components to gmail which then pushes them to the user's cell
phone. I had it downloaded, installed and had the first synch done in
about 5 minutes so I suggested it for trial by a few of my
calendar-centric users.
