Quickr: Unable to add members to a place

Had an issue where I wasn't able to add members to a place. If I changed
the theme on a place to an older theme I could.
After trying changing stuff, bracket by bracket, in the qpconfig.xml file
IBM figured out it was this
<use_for_performance enabled="false" />
Omitting that, or changing that to "true" resolved it.

Got it resolved. One for the archives (and a BCC to the user here who had
the issue).
