upgrade.
I am running a silent install from a fileshare of the unpacked
package.
45+ min upgrades are the norm. Wish there was a way to perform a
lots of
the pre install steps in the background.

Currently helping a client push out Notes 8.5.1 using Smart Upgrade
with
surunas to upgrade 6.5.3 clients. No issues so far, but they have a
very
controlled desktop environment...

Good luck on the training. We did this when we went to 7.lot
Training was
designed to introduce the features of 7, but it was also a
refresher of
existing features they may have forgotten or never knew about. We
ran
everyone through the same training. We had some good feedback, but a
of complaints that it was a wasted 2 hours (too basic)._______________________________________________
