Issue 1: Group LocalDomainAdmins wasn't working to grant me authority to
log in to Quickr. Noticed that the group was set to Access Control
instead of Multi purpose. Changed it to multi purpose and it works again.
Don't know if 8.5.1 upgrade did that or if someone got tired of
LocalDomainAdmins getting email. Only two people here would have probably
have done that and her and I are denying it.
Issue 2: We had upgraded from 8.5 with Quickr 8.2 to domino 8.5.1. Could
not create a place kept getting "Illegal arguments exception". Fix was to
remove the ptf from quickr, and reload it.

Never apply Domino related ptf's permanently for just the above reason.
Because if you do, then the work around would have been
DLTLICPGM 5724S31...
and so on.
