Some discipline can make a difference.
For instance, not sending attachments back and forth can really help those
remote people.

Some attachments compress better than others. Think "paintbrush" versus
other image type applications.
Trying to enforce an attachment limitation was not worth losing my "boys"
to my coworkers.
"One of these days..." we will be looking at Quickr to automatically store
attachments and they will simply be links to look it up.
Don't know if the 8.5 DAOS will replace the Quickr project.
