I have some users that move their email from the inbox to another folder.
The messages may reappear in the inbox. Sometimes they can move the same
email again and it may come back again. Messages do not go back to
unread.
Server:

File is on all three servers in the cluster: NOTES01, NOTES02, NOTES03.

Beginning in 8.02, SCR has been disabled and the above notes.ini parameter
is not necessary.
SCR will be fixed and implemented in Domino 8.5.
