To the best of my knowledge: CCH2 is cumulative(includes CCH1) and is
primarily fixes, the Hot Fix that you may see as available provides
additional Sametime capabilities, not a fix pack per se.

IBM is a little behind... There's a CCH2 as of last week I think.
