I hear you on that entitlement issue. Nothing sets my blood boiling more
than that issue. Well, I suppose the "oh you have an IBM tape drive
attached to an IBM i, well, since it is fiber and you are using an IBM
2109-F16 san switch then you need our $10,000/year SAN support contract".
