Makes sense, until you realize that to apply a 7.0.2 fixpack you apply it
against 5733LD7, which should also affect 7.0.3. Then again, maybe the
ptf doesn't affect *BASE and only touches an option, like option 13 for
7.0.3 or 12 for 7.0.2?
