Reporting on LDAP authentication failures and changes

While doing my daily routine from the auditors it just struck me that we
aren't reviewing authentication failures or address book changes. We
are using a Domino server as our LDAP server.



What are people using for monitor and report on authentication failures
for LDAP? Currently I need to get this in printed format to satisfy
audit requirements. In the OS/400 world I print a PW report, review it,
initial it, and date it. I'm working on doing this all electronically
but for now the auditors want hard copy.



Than I need the ability that is similar to the CP report out of OS/400.
I'm assuming adds, deletes, and than password changes. Unless I'm
missing something else. As I mentioned it just hit me - I love
reviewing CP and PW reports for the partitions that support Domino or
Websphere - there is nothing......because that is all being done back on
the LDAP server.....figured I would get ahead of my auditors.....
