I have a mail file defined as a mail-in database, not assigned to any one
person as their mail file.
Somehow or another I set that up to be archived, but I can't remember how.
Normally, to archive stuff, I assign a policy to all the people. However,
since that is a mail in database it has no related person record.
I don't want to archive stuff in that file. It's kept clean and the
archival process is disposing of some "setting" documents.
