Sh mem dump will generate a Domino memory report.
I won't try to explain the details but if you open the text file you
will
find SUMMARY sections for EACH process and a summary of shared memory.
This will give you an idea of how much memory Domino is using and which
processes are using it.

Memory usage
What is a good way to analyze the amount of memory used by Domino? I'm
traveling and right now I'm having a absolute blank on how to go about
doing this.
On my main Domino server we seem to really pushing the demands of memory
and it makes me want to try and diagnose what servers are using it.
