The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Rob,
We used a two prong approach on this that has worked fine for us:
1. On the person document for the plant users, we use a 'fake' address
for the internet address field for that user (with a non-existent domain).
2. Within the server's config document, on the Router/SMTP tab,
Restrictions and Controls tab, and then on the SMTP inbound and SMTP
outbound control tabs, we list the users we want to block internet mail
for.
It requires discipline when setting up those users to get the proper
changes made, but once that's done it works fine.

Having said that, I have a plant manager who wants to restrict some of his
users from being able to send, or receive, internet mail. They should be
able to send and receive from their own internal domain only. Possible?
If so, how?
