Long view updates

After archiving, and the first use of a major view in the archive, I often
see this:

This view is being updated. It will display as soon as the update
completes. You can continue working with other Notes windows while the
view is updating.

Often over an hour. Nice that it doesn't tie up Notes, but can I do this
at night, like, after the archiving? I am thinking of adding a program
document or something that does run of UPDALL when I figure that archiving
is good and done.
