Renaming the file, OutlookJNI.dll, to OutlookJNI.dll.OLD , in C:\Program
Files\IBM\Sametime
Connect\plugins\com.ibm.collaboration.realtime.exchange.win32.x86_7.5.1.20070717
is a good workaround.

Note: The date in the directory name is related to the build. Thus the
directory name is different between 7.5.1 and 7.5.1CF1.
