Downloaded that fix now.
Trying to get to the install instructions and I keep getting a 'Bad
Gateway' message.

Opened pmr on this. Not impressed. First, I had to convince him to read
my pmr. Second, he recommends that no one do a Sametime upgrade. Instead
he suggests they save off the data, delete sametime, and reinstall. I'm
torn. On one hand I'm hoping he's just misinformed and that the Sametime
critical fix works fine. On the other hand, I'd rather the support people
not be so misinformed.
Installing the critical fix was not even mentioned.
