I thought I saw somewhere that they had to change the way the time zone was defined in the operating system to accommodate the changes to the DST policy -- maybe DWA is interpreting those changes as a different time zone. Just guessing, of course, but it seems reasonable. We get it when the users open the Welcome page, where necessary web links and other company related information is located. We have heard that it is a desktop issue.
