From what I can see it is MORE important to update the Client OS than the
server?
I have done some testing and it looks like most things are driven off
whether or not the client has the latest DST patch.
Anyone confirm that? I will be applying my server patches this week, but
it is irrelevant until all workstations get updated and it makes no sense
to run the agents provided until the workstations are fixed.
What do you guys think?
Thanks

Re: DST stuff
Walt,
When applying the DST related changes on a set of clustered 6.5.4
servers that have mail files clustered between the servers are there any
special steps needing performed? For example, can I get one server
updated
with the OS PTFs and .ini changes this week and then update the clustered
server in another week or two?

Be aware the longer you wait the more work you create. As user create cal
entries in the expanded dst window, those meetings will need to be
corrected. Any meetings scheduled after installing the fixes for new dst
support will schedule correctly.

I got the same email from Lotus that you posted here and on Midrange. I
read it but won't be able to deal with it until early next month.
Sounds like you may need to call support and ask them how to deal with the
discrepancy.
I didn't like the part about having to manually update all client ini
files either.
