Mine (at R7) shows StdR4PublicAddressBook with template version 7.0 When I look at the properties of the template, the details match those I see on the database. I don't recall having to do the file, database, replace design manually (on the server names.nsf) when I upgraded to R7. (Perhaps you can try the design replace on a copy of names.nsf on Local and see if you can detect any difference?) Not sure I can offer more input. Hope that tidbit helps.
