You might want to explore C2CRM's (Clear Technology) Contract Management module. We're not using that particular module, but are very satisfied with the C2 product. It is quite easy to import data from BPCS. LSX version can kill your server if you plan to have a large load. We're using their Domino based version and loving it. Not really a Contract Administration but probably could copy their Document Control database and use that. Fully does things like - Different approval processes available based on Document type. - Escalations. Like, waiting on this person at this point in the process for too long. - Review dates and more. Just a happy customer. We modified their Engineering Change to paste a copy of the bill of materials from BPCS into it. http://www.etq.com/index.html Rob Berendt
