Sounds like you have an address book which you want several folks to share 
the same contacts and keep them up to date or add/remove.  RIM provides 
sample code for an application called Emergency Contact List which 
provides this functionality.

You will have to register a name to get to the download.

A new client want to download the names.nsf file to his sales rep's 
Blackberries. Does he need anything more than Blackberry Enterprise 
Server?
Does anybody have a way to export data from a System i to a names.nsf file 

without using DECS?
