Creating an automatic memo from a calendar.

Hello,

I think this has been discussed before but I can not find the right
search terms for the archives.

I have a general manager that has added all his employees' birthdays and
anniversaries to his calendar. He wants to send memos on those dates to
them (Happy Birthday...) as well as the notes group they are a member
of. Is there any way or template to automate this? He is OK with having
to setup the body of the memo ahead of time. He just wants to make sure
it goes out on the future date in case he is not in the office. Bad
Face, now that he has started it, if he misses someone.
