A user in domain PVC is attempting to open databases on servers in 
domain DEKKO.  When they do the File, Database, Open and select such a 
server (like QUALITY/DEKKO) they are receiving "Server Error: The 
server's Domino Directory does not contain any cross certificates 
capable of authenticating you.". 
What are the steps to remedy this?
