I'm getting the following message in my Misc Log: "ActiveUpdate was unable to complete the requested file operation. Please try again." It appears right after the hourly 'pupdate' program runs. Pattern files are successfully downloaded. I'm not sure when this started, since I noticed it yesterday but I did see it in a log for 3/25 (my earliest log). I checked the Trend knowledgebase and didn't find anything for this specific message. I did find one that was somewhat similar, and it instructed me to ping their active update server, I did and the ping was succesful. So I'm not sure what is causing this message. Anyone with a similar experience?
