I know nothing about BRMS, but are you sure that the receipt was present in the database at the time that the backup was made? Can you restore an earlier backup when the receipt was not yet in the trash? Number one problem I run into with restores is the discovery that the document didn't exist in the database when the save was made, so naturally I can't restore it from that save media, so I thought it was worth asking.... When I restore his mail db there is NOTHING in his Trash. I'm restoring with BRMS and I'm restoring the database to a path outside of the Domino Data directory. I'm thinking there are some issues with the soft deletions being processed and just wiping everything out since it's over the 48 hour mark. That's one reason I restored it outside of the Data directory - I didn't want replication to pick it up as a replica and delete the trash. So how in the world can I get to this document?
