Support web site guided tours
To help new users of our Support Web site take advantage of the self-help
resources there, as well as the Electronic Service Request (ESR) tool for
Problem Submission, we have incorporated a number of "guided tours" in the
form of timed presentations. Please note there is no audio track. Instead,
annotation appears in pop-up windows. Even if you are an experienced
System Administrator, these guided tours can be a great time saver when
you have to show a new team member the ropes on how to use the IBM
Technical Support resources.

The support site offers an Assistance page where customers can obtain
document definitions, navigational help, How Do I help, ESR help, and of
course the site tours. Your team can find the guided tours by following
