Chris,

I appreciate the quick reply.

I can open my mail directly without any problems.
http://server/mail/user.nsf

When using Webmailredirect, it all of a sudden quit working. I believe
that it is somewhere in the webmailredirect database. I thought I saw a
post on notes.net, but haven't found it yet. I have recreated the
database. Cleared the Cache and java class files.

I upgraded the server. Brought up with out any errors. Converted my mail
database using dwa7.ntf. Have tried since then with the same results.

Didn't know if there was a change in the DWA or internet settings in the
server / configuration documents.

Thanks,

Rich Frye

Re: DWA7 and WebMailRedirect Error Message

Did you upgrade the mail files to the 7.0 template? I haven't used the
Webmailredirect Lotus functionality - we have our old homegrown
redirectors.

Does it happen if you open your mail file directly instead of going
through the redirector?

Is it happening for everyone or just yourself?

I posted our internal procedures for fixing DWA errors to my blog back in
July:
