Don't take my word for it! You can probably get a more definite answer from someone at Lotus... maybe someone from Lotus lurks on the listserv and may offer an answer...? seanmurphy@bedbat h.com Sent by: To domino400-bounces domino400@xxxxxxxxxxxx +chadb=wheeling-n cc isshin.com@midran ge.com Subject Re: R7 DB2/UDB vs iSeries 10/24/2005 01:58 PM Please respond to Lotus Domino on the iSeries / AS400 <domino400@midran ge.com> I heard 7.01 for iSeries on this forum. If it takes any longer than a year for DB2 on iSeries, then I am gathering IBM is not entirely serious about using DB2 in any large Domino environments, with scalability with all have been looking for. I will have to ask our developers to hold their horses with any plans for DB2 access views etc.... FYI R8 "hannover" is only a year and a half away.
