Well All I have to say is thank goodness for Clusters!! anyway what I ended
up doing was opening up the replica on the clustered server.... I wasn't
getting the error message, so I just deleted the database from the primary
and then forced a replication from the clustered to the primary for the
database in question. Opened it up and had no problems or error messages.

Still not sure why it happened but the user is happy.

Thanks,

Wonder if that script library is goofed. Your Notes client should have a
copy of the template for mail6 and inotes6 as well. You may need to
replace the script library in the server template to this.

So I guess you've done the design replace (probably several times...).

You can try the old "Double Design Replace"

Create a TMPInbox folder in the mail file.
Move all messages from Inbox to TMPInbox folder
Replace design with that of Discussion Template
Replace design with that of the Mail Template
See if problem persists - if not, move messages back to Inbox...
